floHOT60Get lost in the movement and music during this 60-minute, all levels, heated sequenced yoga class that utilizes both static postures and flow sequence. This class will increase strength, flexibility, endurance, and an overall sense of balance in the mind and body, all while producing a detoxifying sweat. Please hydrate prior to class. A towel and water are highly recommended. Heated to 105 degrees with 60% humidity. |
floHOT45This 45-minute sequenced class is a shorter, more advanced version of the HOT60 sequenced class. For those yogis with a limited amount of time or the perfect lunchtime class, this sequenced flow will leave you feeling accomplished, rejuvenated and lighter, ready to take on the rest of your day. Please be sure to hydrate prior to class. A towel and water are highly recommended. Heated to 105 degrees with 60% humidity. |
floPOWERSet to music, this powerful, energetic, 60-minute flow yoga class will enhance stamina, flexibility, posture, balance, and mental focus by linking breath to movement in a warm room. This class is thoughtfully designed to leave you feeling relaxed, open and strong. Arm balances and inversions may be offered in class. Modifications will always be offered so that you can practice at your own level. In this class, we sweat out what we don’t need and replace it with everything we want; peace, serenity, and balance. Heated to 90-95 degrees with 60% humidity. |
floWARMSet to music, this all-levels yoga flow class allows you to get out of your head and into your body by linking breath with movement in a lightly heated room. Notice how calm the mind can become when you move fluidly from one pose to the next. You will strengthen your body, improve your flexibility and leave with a calm state of mind. Modifications will always be offered to meet the needs of your practice. Lightly heated to 85-90 degrees with 50% humidity. |
floSLOWNon-heated, set to music, this thoughtfully sequenced 60-minute slow flow class focuses on form and technique while challenging your strength, balance, focus, and flexibility. You will improve body awareness through a combination of longer holds and fluid movement. This class allows you to get out of your head and really tune into your body to feel each and every sensation the pose has to offer. Experience the balance between grace and power through a perfectly balanced amount of challenge and ease in this yoga class. Modifications and challenges provided to meet the needs of your practice. |
floSCULPTThis is a dynamic class that combines traditional yoga poses with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength training exercises. It's designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve overall fitness. Light weights or even your own body weight will be used to enhance the intensity of certain movements. You can expect to see elements of Vinyasa (flow) yoga, where you move through poses in a fluid sequence, synchronized with your breath, as well as strength-building exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, and core work. These exercises are often performed in repetitions or timed intervals to elevate the heart rate and challenge the muscles. Heated to 90 degrees with 50% humidity. |
floVINYINNon-heated, 60 minute, all levels class combining the dynamic movement of Vinyasa and the stillness of Yin. Class begins with a mindfully-paced Vinyasa flow to build strength and a deeper connection with breath, body, and mind. Practice then transitions to Yin poses (held 3-5 minutes) to ground, increase flexibility and joint mobility. |
floYINNon-heated, 60 minute, all levels, slow paced class that is relaxing to the body and mind. You will begin to heal injuries, increase circulation to joints, release tense muscles and create flexibility in the body. Postures are done mostly on the floor and are held from 3 to 5 minutes in length. This is a perfect compliment to a regular hot yoga practice or any other type of physical activity. This therapeutic class will use blankets, straps and blocks to support your body while you slowly deepen into your pose. Props will be provided. |
floYIN+SOUNDNon-heated, 75 minute, all levels, slow paced class that is relaxing to the body and mind. You will begin to heal injuries, increase circulation to joints, release tense muscles and create flexibility in the body, all while nourishing your soul with healing sound. Postures are done mostly on the floor and are held from 3 to 5 minutes in length. This therapeutic class will use blankets, straps and blocks to support your body while you slowly deepen into your pose. Simultaneous to the long yin holds, singing bowls, chimes, gongs, rattles and various other ceremonial music will be used to accentuate the experience and encourage release. Props provided. |
floRESTORENon-heated, 60 minute, all levels class that focuses on the union of body and mind. A restful practice that focuses on deep relaxation and bringing your attention back to your breath, pranayama. The extensive use of props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks allow poses to be held with maximum support; the focus of poses are ease and release. Poses are frequently held anywhere from 5-20 minutes. Props provided. |
