Thai yoga massage is an ancient bodywork technique which blends passive stretching, massage, and meditation in order to relieve muscular tension, improve circulation, promote relaxation, and bring the body back to its natural state of equilibrium.
During this workshop, you will work with your partner taking turns learning a full Thai yoga massage sequence.
No oils or creams are used in this form of bodywork as it is conducted full clothed. Be sure to be dressed in comfortable clothing; that allows for ease of movement and flexibility. Layers preferred (you will cool down as you relax.)
No experience in yoga, massage, or meditation necessary!
Be sure to bring a good pillow and an extra pair of clean socks each.
Joseph studied traditional Thai massage in Chiang Mai and Bangkok in 2013 and has been sharing the therapeutic benefits of this healing art even since. He is also a licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher, and currently working on his Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Join Eva as she guides you on how to use therapeutic balls, blocks and functional movement to release tight fascia, increase blood flow, circulation to the soft tissues and gain freedom and mobility in the connective tissues. Expect to spend 50% of your time moving through yoga postures and the other 50% applying guided deep tissue massage using props.
This workshop could be for an athlete looking for recovery or for anyone looking to minimize aches and pains from everyday life. Myofascial release has many uses that make it effective when working with pain, limited range of movement, injuries, performance enhancement, athlete recovery and general support of the connective tissue.
Please bring a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. Room is not heated, all props will be provided.

Get ready for a transformative experience. During the yin portion of this workshop, yoga props, such as bolsters, blankets and blocks will be used to build the earth up to you to make it comfortable while we hold the yin poses for 3 to 5 minutes all while experiencing healing sounds such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs and more for your healing experience. After a one-hour Yin/Sound Class, you will journey into a 45 minute Yoga Nidra/Deep Relaxation to allow the healing to permeate every cell in your being. In the stillness of a yin/sound atmosphere, we heighten deliberate mindfulness which then can lead to spontaneous mindfulness.

The session will begin with a guided energy meditation to enhance the movement of energy through your 7 main chakras and glide into conscious breath work. Then begins the sound! TC employs a 28-inch gong, 7 crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, and a shamanic drum to take your brain into bliss bringing it into higher states of consciousness (think Alpha, Theta, and even Delta waves). Join Lisa in this 6-week beginner yoga series, every Sunday from 1:15-2:30pm. This series focuses on safe alignment of common yoga poses, how to use props to make poses more accessible and strengthening your overall yoga practice. Workshop transitions that frequently appear in class, as well as break down a basic sun salutation. This series is for the beginner, as well as the student that wants to deepen their understanding of yoga asanas (poses).
Week 1: introduction and gentle yoga.
Week 2: Wonderful resting poses. Learn what resting poses are and their purpose. We will workshop the downward dog and Introduce sun salutations.
Week 3: Hello heart openers. Learn proper muscle engagement and safety in back bends, cobras and the chaturanga. We will continue to add to the sun salutation for safe transitions.
Week 4: it’s all about standing warrior poses. We will workshop muscle engagement, safe transitions and proper alignment for the most common standing poses.
Week 5: Bring on the balance. Working on a variety of standing balancing poses you will learn muscle engagement, alignment and tips to help you with your balance.
Week 6: Bring it all together. Take what you learned and practice it as we slow flow together.

Join Lisa for an afternoon of intention setting for 2025. You will learn how to use your vision board as a tool to manifest everything you want to attract into your life in this new year. She will explain the importance of anchors and use guided imagery to help you find focus for your vision board. Materials included (poster boards, glue, magazines). Snacks and beverages included.
